นักท่องเที่ยวสายธรรมชาติ ชอบชมเข้าป่า ดูความเขียวขจีของธรรมชาติ &nbsp;หรือจะออกไปพักค้างคืนระยะสั้น เห็นทีว่าได้เวลาเก็บกระเป๋าเตรียมออกลุยธรรมชาติกันอีกครั้ง เมื่ออุทยานแห่งชาติลำคลองงู จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ประกาศเปิดการท่องเที่ยวเส้นทางศึกษาธรรมชาติถ้ำเสาหิน และถ้ำนกนางแอ่น ประจำปี 2566 สำหรับปีนี้จะมีรายละเอียดเป็นอย่างไรบ้างนั้น เพื่อที่ว่านักท่องเที่ยวจะได้เตรียมตัวกัน&nbsp;

ข้อกำหนดและขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียนท่องเที่ยว 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวที่สนใจกับการท่องเที่ยวเส้นทางศึกษาธรรมชาติถ้ำเสาหิน และถ้ำนกนางแอ่น จำเป็นต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนด รวมถึงขั้นตอนการลงทะเบียนท่องเที่ยว ดังนี้&nbsp; 
&nbsp; 1. อุทยานแห่งชาติลำคลองงู จะดำเนินการเปิดแหล่งท่องเที่ยวถ้ำเสาหิน และถ้ำนกนางแอ่น ประจำปี 2566 ตั้งแต่วันที่ 3 มีนาคม 2566 ถึง วันที่ 30 เมษายน 2566

&nbsp; 2. เปิดบริการ ทุกวันศุกร์ วันเสาร์ และวันอาทิตย์ / แบ่งรอบการท่องเที่ยวออกเป็น 3 รูปแบบ 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- รูปแบบที่ 1 ถ้ำเสาหิน (วันศุกร์)&nbsp; &nbsp;ถ้ำนกนางแอ่น (วันเสาร์) (จำนวน 2 วัน 1 คืน)&nbsp; 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- รูปแบบที่ 2️ ถ้ำนกนางแอ่น (วันศุกร์)&nbsp; ถ้ำเสาหิน (วันเสาร์) (จำนวน 2 วัน 1 คืน) 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;- รูปแบบที่ 3️ ถ้ำนกนางแอ่น &nbsp;แบ่งเป็นรอบเช้าและรอบบ่าย (จำนวน 1 วัน)&nbsp; 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;*** โดยรับนักท่องเที่ยวรอบละ 12 กลุ่ม กลุ่มละไม่เกิน 10 คน เพื่อเป็นการจำกัดปริมาณนักท่องเที่ยว ให้อยู่ในขีดความสามารถในการรองรับได้ด้านนันทนาการของพื้นที่อุทยานแห่งชาติ

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3. นักท่องเที่ยว ควรมีช่วงอายุ 15-60 ปี มีสุขภาพร่างกายที่สมบูรณ์ แข็งแรง ไม่มีโรคประจำตัวที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบทางเดินหายใจ ความดันโลหิต และควรมีความสามารถในการว่ายน้ำ และแสดงหลักฐานผลการตรวจหาเชื้อโควิด 19 ด้วย ATK ก่อนการประกอบกิจกรรม

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4. นักท่องเที่ยว**ควรศึกษาข้อมูลการท่องเที่ยวถ้ำเสาหิน และถ้ำนกนางแอ่น และเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการประกอบกิจกรรมท่องเที่ยวถ้ำมาเป็นอย่างดี ก่อนตัดสินใจลงทะเบียนกับทางอุทยานแห่งชาติ

&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;5. เมื่อนักท่องเที่ยวลงทะเบียนทางโทรศัพท์เรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้ส่งหลักฐานการลงทะเบียน (เงินมัดจำคนละ 500 บาท เลขที่บัญชี 020410152324 ธนาคารออมสิน สาขาทองผาภูมิ ชื่อบัญชี การบริหารจัดการท่องเที่ยวถ้ำ) และหน้าบัตรประชาชนสมาชิกทุกคน จำนวน 1 ชุด ทาง Email : regis.lamkhlongngu@gmail.com ภายในเวลา 3 วัน หลังการ 
ลงทะเบียน หากเกินกำหนดเวลา ทางอุทยานแห่งชาติ จะตัดสิทธิ์ให้นักท่องเที่ยวในลำดับถัดไป

นักท่องเที่ยวที่จะท่องเที่ยวศึกษาเส้นทางธรรมชาติในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวถ้ำเสาหิน และถ้ำนกนางแอ่น จำเป็นต้องเตรียมตัวและร่างกายให้พร้อม ดังนี้ 
การเตรียมตัวเข้าถ้ำ&nbsp; 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. เสื้อที่สวนใส่ต้องรัดกุม (เสื้อแขนยาวและกางเกงขายาว) และไม่อมน้ำ 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. รองเท้าหุ้มส้น หรือหุ้มข้อที่ไม่อมน้ำ และมีดอกยางยึดเกาะพื้น ไม่ใส่รองเท้าแตะที่มีสายรัดส้น หรือรองเท้าแตะธรรมดา 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3. ต้องสวมใส่ชูชีพทุกครั้ง 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4. ควรมีเป้สะพายหลังแบบกันน้ำได้ ใส่อุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อความคล่องตัวในการเดินทาง 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;5. นักท่องเที่ยวเตรียมตัวทางด้านร่างกาย ต้องมีสุขภาพที่สมบูรณ์แข็งแรง และไม่มีโรคประจำตัวเกี่ยวกับระบบทางเดินหายใจ และเตรียมยาประจำตัว 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;6. ไม่สวมใส่ของมีค่าต่าง ๆ&nbsp;

ข้อปฏิบัติในการเข้าถ้ำ&nbsp; 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;1. ห้ามแตะต้องกลุ่มหินต่าง ๆ เช่น หินงอก หินย้อย เป็นต้น รวมทั้งหยดน้ำที่หยดลงมาตามกลุ่มหินดังกล่าว เพราะไขมันที่เกิดจากเหงื่อของตัวเราจะทำปฏิกิริยากับหินเหล่านี้ จนทำให้หยุดการเจริญเติบโต เรียกว่า &ldquo;หินตาย&rdquo; 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. ห้ามตี เคาะหิน เพื่อทดสอบดูว่ามีเสียงคล้ายดนตรีหรือไม่ ซึ่งนอกจากเหตุผลตามข้อแรกแล้ว ยังต้องคำนึงหากทุกคนที่เข้ามาเที่ยวถ้ำต่าง ๆ เคาะตามกัน และมีการเคาะมาก ๆ อาจเกิดการพังทลายลงมา&nbsp; 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ ก่อกองไฟ และจุดธูปเทียน เนื่องจากในถ้ำมีปริมาณออกซิเจนน้อย และเป็นการเพิ่มคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์มากขึ้น นอกจากจะเป็นการรบกวนสัตว์ อีกทั้งเขม่าควันจะไปเกาะเคลือบถ้ำ ซึ่งทำให้ระบบนิเวศภายในถ้ำเสียหายได้ 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;4. ห้ามนำอาหารเข้าไปกินในถ้ำ รวมถึงทิ้งเศษขยะมูลฝอยใด ๆ&nbsp; 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;5. ห้ามส่งเสียงดังหรือกระทำการใด ๆ ที่เป็นการรบกวนก่อความรำคาญให้แก่สัตว์ รวมถึงห้ามยิงปืน จุดประทัด และจุดวัตถุระเบิด 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;6. ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าไปในถ้ำ 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;7. ห้ามขีดเขียน ขูดลบ ขีดฆ่า ทาหรือพ่นสี หรือปิดประกาศโฆษณา 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;8. ห้ามปลดทุกข์ไม่ว่าจะหนัดหรือเบา 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;9. ห้ามเก็บหรือนำสิ่งใด ๆ ออกจากถ้ำ 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;10. ห้ามกระทำการใด ๆ ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงทางน้ำ หรือทำให้น้ำท่วมท้น หรือเหือดแห้ง หรือสร้างสิ่งกีดขวางทางน้ำ รวมทั้งควรที่จะอนุรักษณ์ต้นน้ำลำธารที่ไหลผ่าน 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;11. ห้ามตั้งแคมป์พักแรมภายในถ้ำ 
&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;12. ห้ามเดินออกนอกเส้นทาง ควรเดินเรียงแแถวทีละคน เพื่อป้องกันอันตรายและการหลงทาง ต้องเชื่อฟังคำแนะนำของเจ้าหน้าที่แย่างเคร่งครัด&nbsp;
