How We Decide the Winners

1. The company will print each eligible participant on a piece of paper. All pieces of paper will be put into a container which can be clearly seen. Staff will mix all pieces of paper together and shuffle Then, a committee member will pick a piece of paper for a winner of each prize in front of the committee and witnesses.

2. In case of duplicate name for winners, the winner will receive only 1 prize and the committee will pick a new winner for another prize.

3. In the process of picking the winners, winners must receive the prize which they’ve been announce as the winners. Prize cannot be exchanged into another prize or substituted or complemented with cash.

4. All winners from Bangkok or any Thai provinces must bring a Thai National ID card with 1 photocopy as verification documents to receive the prize during business hours within 30 days from the date of winner drawn. In case of no verification after 30 days, the winner will be forfeited.

5. The company will draw the winners on 17th March 2023 at 14.00 at SKY ICT Public Company Limited, located at 55, A.A. Capital Ratchada Building, 5th-7th Floor, Ratchadapisek Road, Dindaeng, Dindaeng, Bangkok. Winners will be announced on SAWASDEE by AOT Application after the draw.

6. The company reserves the rights to draw a group of reserved. In case of winners from lucky draw are ineligible or does not comply with terms & conditions.

7. Winners of prizes, valued at 1,000 Baht or more, are required to pay withholding tax for value of the prize according to The Revenue Department’s announcements (ท.ป. 4/2528 and ท.ป. 104/2544).

8. Winners are solely responsible for any deductible, tax, or fee occurred, apart from value of the prize.

9. Employees of Airports of Thailand PCL., SKY ICT PCL. and its affiliates, involved advertising agencies, and the committee and family are not eligible for the campaign.

10. Prizes cannot be exchanged or substituted for cash in any case.
