Conditions of Baggage Storage Service : 

1. The Baggage Storage counter will issue a receipt for customers as the evidence of their luggage deposit
2. Service fee: depends on the baggage’s size
     2.1 Type 1 Small-sized baggage. The size must not exceed 35 cm. in width, 56 cm. in height and 22 cm. in thickness.
For storage duration not exceeding 24 hours, the fee is 100 baht per item.
For storage duration exceeding 24 hours, the fee will be increased every 12 hours at a rate of 50 baht per item.
     2.2 Type 2 Medium-sized baggage. The size must not exceed 45 cm. in width, 65 cm. in height and 28 cm. in thickness.
For storage duration not exceeding 24 hours, the fee is 150 baht per item.
For storage duration exceeding 24 hours, the fee will be increased every 12 hours at a rate of 75 baht per item. 
     2.3 Type 3 Oversized baggage
For storage duration not exceeding 24 hours, the fee is 200 baht per item.
For storage duration exceeding 24 hours, the fee will be increased every 12 hours at a rate of 100 baht per item.
3. The Baggage Storage counter only provides the service for baggage in good condition, and not for valuable assets.
4. The baggage that has been stored for more than 6 months (180 days) will be claimed as the counter’s belonging.
5. The Baggage Storage counter is entitled to sell or dispose any item that affect or cause damage to other items under the service’s care.
6. The Baggage Storage will only return the items to customers or their representative who has the Baggage Storage document. The customers or their representatives must present their significant documents, e.g. passport, identification card, etc.
7. The Company shall not take any responsibility for any claim regarding missing items from baggage that doesn’t have a secured lock. However, if it is proven to be the Company’s fault, the Company shall provide compensation of not more than ten thousand baht (10,000 baht).
8. Wrapped baggage must be unveiled and checked through before being stored. The staff shall not be responsible for wrapping it back and the cost incurred thereof.
