3 Easy Steps with the Biometric system:

 1. Facial Registration - Use your ID card or passport to register at the check-in counter.

 2. Identity Verification at the Checkpoint - Simply look at the camera, no documents needed.

 3. Boarding Gate Access - Pass through the boarding gate by just looking at the camera, no need to show documents and travel with ease

Suvarnabhumi Airport has added more biometric facial registration points for international departures to speed up the process and reduce document handling.

• Zone 2, Row H/J: 2 kiosks 
• Zone 2, Row M/N: 2 kiosks 
• Zone 3, Row S/T: 1 kiosks 

In addition, the airport has improved the identity verification points in all zones. Passengers who have already completed their Biometric can use a designated verification lane in each zone, helping ease congestion and improve overall passenger flow.
