Procedure for Using the Common Use Self Service System (CUSS) and Self-Service Bag Drop (CUBD) at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

 

 

Easy to use, convenient and save time by just 5 simple steps: select / print / attach / scan / place.

 

Step 1. Select            

Select the Airline.
Select if you don’t have dangerous items on board.
Select a method to identify yourself.
Select booking reference
Select passenger name
Select the seat
Select if you have baggage to check in
Select the number of baggage to check in

Step 2. Print              

Print baggage tag.
Print boarding pass.

 

Step 3. Attach           

Attach baggage tag
Attach reference sticker on the baggage
Attach reference sticker behind boarding pass

Step 4. Scan            

Scan boarding pass.

Step 5 Place              

Confirm that the baggage does not contain any of dangerous items
Scan baggage tag
Collect baggage claim tag
