STEP 1 Check in

• Conventional Counter 
• CUSS/CUBD (For more information, please refer to the “SELF CHECK-IN & BAG DROP (CUSS & CUBD)” and “Supported Airlines for CUSS and CUBD”)
• Mobile Check-in (For more information, please download Sawasdee BY AOT Application on App Store/ Google Play Store / Huawei AppGallery)
• Carry-On Baggage Size should not exceed the dimensions: 56 x 40 x 23 cm (22 x 15.7 x 9 in) and Maximum Weight is 7 kg (15 lbs)

STEP 2 Security Screening 

• Passenger Validation
  • Boarding Pass
  • Identification Document (Original) (For more information, please refer to the “Identification Documents Required” details)

• Dangerous Goods (For more information, please refer to the “Dangerous Goods on aircraft” details)
• LAGs (For more information, please refer to the “Guidelines for LAGs (Liquids, Aerosols, and Gels” details)

• Priority Lane

For Diplomatic, Official, Air Crew, BOI, Thailand Privilege Buddhist Monks, Senior Citizen (70+), Pregnant, Infants and Disables

STEP 3 Passport Control (International Passenger only)

• Automatic Boarder Control (ABC) for all nationalities passengers 
• RE-Entry
• Overstayed

STEP 4 Boarding Gates 

Arrive at the boarding gate at least 45 minutes before boarding
