Smart Carpark Service Procedures at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Carpark Zone 2 and 3)
Step 1: Check Parking Availability
Users can check the availability of parking spaces in Carpark Buildings Zone 2 and 3 through the Smart Carpark website, which provides real-time information to facilitate efficient parking planning.
Step 2: Enter the Parking Building
Place your hand in front of the sensor to receive a paper parking ticket.
Park your vehicle in Carpark Building Zone 2 or Zone 3 as convenient.
If the ticket machine is unable to issue a parking ticket, press the "Help Point" button to contact staff for assistance.
Step 3: Select a Payment Method
You can choose one of the following methods to pay for your parking:
Autopay Station
Located at Autopay Station in Carpark Building Zones 2 and 3:
Near the elevators on the 1st and 5th floors, with 2 machines per location along the connecting walkway
Near the elevator halls on the 2nd to 4th floors, with 1 machine per location along the connecting walkway
At the parking building entrance and exit, with 1 machine per location
Select a menu option on the Autopay screen and choose the type of user: Visitor or Reserved Parking
Scan the QR code on your parking ticket to check parking details and service fees.
Choose a payment method (cash or QR PromptPay).
Receive a receipt as proof once the payment is confirmed
Smart Carpark Website
Scan the QR Code on your parking ticket to access the website
Review your parking details and charges; if a payment confirmation is needed, enter your email to receive it (Note: This confirmation is not a receipt)
Complete the payment via your banking app (supported by SCB, KBank, KTB, ttb, Krungsri, and other banks)
Save the payment summary screen for verification
If you need a short receipt, request one from the cashier at the exit within the same day
Cashier (POS) at Exit
Present your parking ticket to the cashier
Specify your payment method (cash or QR PromptPay)
Receive a short receipt as proof of payment
Step 4: Exit the Parking Facility
Once payment is confirmed, the barrier will lift automatically for exit. If the barrier does not lift, please contact AOT staff at the exit gate and present your payment proof.
