The lounge is available for passengers traveling in the international departure hall with Turkish Airlines and Star Alliance flights. First Class, Business Class, and Gold members are eligible for access. We also accept Priority Pass cardholders traveling with any airline. Additionally, we provide a complimentary 15-minute head and shoulder massage service (Therapy Massage from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.). Free Wi-Fi is available for all passengers, along with television, air conditioning, fax services, showers, disabled access, flight tracking screens, tables, sleeping areas, dining areas, a Business Center for meetings, and a Quiet Room. We also have the Istanbul Room for VIP passengers and provide shower rooms (Male and Female).

We serve food and beverages with Halal Certification from the Central Islamic Council of Thailand, including hot and cold buffets, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and Turkish and international cuisine.
