Public Taxi Service at Suvarnabhumi Airport

The public taxi service information counter and automatic ticket vending machines are located in the Passenger Terminal, Suvarnabhumi Airport, Floor 1, between Gate 4 and Gate 7.

Fares:

1. An additional charge of 50 Baht for taxi drivers as per the announcement from the Ministry of Transport.

2. Toll fees are to be paid by the passengers.

Baggage Charges:

1. Baggage exceeding 26 inches will incur a fee of up to 20 Baht.

2. Baggage not exceeding 26 inches, with more than 2 pieces, will incur a fee starting from the 3rd piece at a maximum of 20 Baht.

3. Sports equipment such as golf bags, bicycles, windsurfing gear, or musical instruments measuring 50 inches or more will incur a fee of up to 100 Baht.

4. Baggage packed in boxes or bundled together measuring 50 inches or more will incur a fee of up to 100 Baht.

Service Types:

1. Short Distance: Taxi service around Suvarnabhumi Airport for distances not exceeding 20 kilometers.

2. Normal Distance: Service as per the announcement from the Department of Land Transport, allowing flexible pricing agreements between passengers and drivers.

Note from the Department of Land Transport:

Regarding the method of agreeing on prices in addition to using the fare meter, a method of collecting fares to be more flexible and appropriate, facilitating hiring over long distances and in accordance with the agreement of the service user and the hired car driver. Under the authority of the Ministerial Regulation on Hired Cars Carrying No More Than Seven Passengers B.E. 2560 issued under the Motor Vehicle Act B.E. 2522, hiring of hired cars carrying no more than seven passengers registered in Bangkok, hiring outside Bangkok, namely Nonthaburi Province, Pathum Thani Province, Samut Prakan Province, Chachoengsao Province, Samut Sakhon Province, and Nakhon Pathom Province, including cases of hiring in any province continuously until the end of the hiring outside the said province, can use the method of agreeing on prices to collect the fare for carrying passengers in addition to using the fare meter.
