Ticket Purchase

1. Customers must accept the terms and conditions of Roong Reung Coach when purchasing/booking tickets

2. There are no special fares for children and the elderly

3. The name used for booking must match the passport or ID card

Changes and Cancellations

1. No refunds in any case

2. Changes in date, time, or location are possible, but must be made at least 2 days prior to the travel date, with a fee of 30 baht per person

Boarding

1. Customers must present their ticket or booking confirmation email before boarding

2. Boarding will generally start approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time

Baggage Information

1. Customers are allowed 1 checked bag with a maximum weight of 20 kg and 1 personal bag free of charge

2. There are fees for bags that exceed the weight or size limit
