Immigration (Re-Entry) is the process of applying for permission to re-enter Thailand for foreigners who are temporarily residing in the country and wish to travel abroad but intend to return to Thailand while their visa is still valid. The application for Re-Entry must be submitted before departing Thailand at the Immigration Office. This preserves the right to stay in Thailand according to the permitted visa and allows re-entry without needing to apply for a new visa.
